A-rising (pun intended) during the pandemic, Ferment is an artisanal sourdough bread company in 91É«°É co-founded by Andre Gruber, a senior in Creative Technology and Design, with Rafaelo Infante, an advertising major. The two 91É«°É undergraduates are passionate about the art of fermentation and baking, and providing 91É«°É with delicious, sustainable food.
