We sent this email on Friday, Sept. 5, 2025, to undergraduate students who were admitted to a bachelor's–accelerated master's program, had an expected undergraduate graduation term of Fall 2025, and hadn't yet completed all of their graduation requirements.

Dear [first],

Our records indicate that you expected to complete the undergraduate requirements for your Bachelor's–Accelerated Master's (BAM) program in Fall 2025.

[Students who hadn't applied to a master's program or to graduate received the following text.]

If you still plan to complete your bachelor's degree this semester, you must complete three steps by Oct. 1, 2025. For recipients of financial aid, this will also help ensure a smooth transition to graduate funding and timely updates to aid next semester.

Apply to graduate with your bachelor's degree.
Submit a master's continuation form.
Submit a BAM supplement form to identify which courses you're double counting and which you're using toward the master's degree.

If you need to change your expected graduation term, please complete a BAM program change form so we can update your records.

If this is still when you plan to graduate with your bachelor's degree, complete the following steps by Feb. 1, 2026, to continue with your master's degree:

Apply to graduate with your bachelor's degree.
Submit a master's continuation form.
Submit a BAM supplement form to identify which courses you're double counting and which should apply to your master's degree.

If your expected graduation term has changed, please complete a BAM program change form so we can update your records. If you’re completing your bachelor’s degree this semester, you’ll need to complete the steps above by Wednesday, Oct. 1, 2025.

Students are considered for different types and amounts of financial aid when they become graduate students. If you’re receiving financial aid, please note that your aid will be adjusted automatically when your student status changes.

Note: For doctoral (AuD, DMA and PhD) and SLHS-MA students, the last day to update your diploma name and address was Wednesday, Aug. 15 and transcripts with these degrees posted become available to order on Friday, Aug. 22 after 5 p.m..

Friday, Sept. 5

Last day for undergraduate and master's students to update your diploma name and address. If you don't enter a diploma address, we'll mail your diploma to your home address instead.

International students: We've been running into significant delays and complications with international delivery of diplomas and other documents. We strongly advise you to enter a local/domestic diploma address to ensure delivery to yourself or a trusted individual.

Friday, Sept. 12

Transcripts with undergraduate and master's degrees posted are available for order after 5 p.m. If you don't have a hold preventing the release of your transcript, you can order an official transcript online.

Friday, Sept. 19

Transcripts with certificates posted are available for order after 5 p.m.

Tuesday, Sept. 30

Your complimentary certified electronic diploma is ready to download.
Paper diplomas are mailed out. Delivery to summer graduates with U.S. addresses should be complete by Nov. 29; international delivery continues through Jan. 3, 2025.

Tuesday, Oct. 7

If you earned one, your complimentary certified electronic certificate is ready to download and your paper certificate is mailed out. Please allow four to six weeks for domestic delivery.
